Refund Policy

RIGHT TO RETRACT

The buyer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the products to the seller. Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of non-compliance or product defect. The refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the returned products.

DEFECTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCT

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product with the order, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible to report the defect or non-compliance. The seller reserves the right to request photographs or any other proof of the defect or non-conformity. The seller will bear the cost of returning the defective or non-compliant product and will refund or exchange the product.

REPAYMENT TERMS

The refund will be made by the same means of payment as that used when ordering, unless otherwise agreed by the buyer. The refund will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the returned products.

EXCEPTIONS

Certain products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, in particular personalized products, products that have been unsealed by the buyer and perishable products.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This refund policy is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

REFUND POLICY CHANGE

The seller reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time and without notice. The modifications will be applicable to any order placed after they are put online. It is therefore recommended that the buyer regularly refer to the refund policy in force on the orbeez-gun.fr website.
